Paul T. Dzurinda has been named fire and emergency-management consultant at Russell Phillips and Associates. Dzurinda has specialized in safety regulations and code and standards compliance for more than 10 years. He served as director of facilities compliance for the Cleveland Clinic Health System. Dzurinda holds a master’s degree in environmental science and is a Certified Healthcare Safety Professional. •
