What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We hold monthly birthday celebrations; a “Wellness Week,” which includes chair massages, therapy dog, yoga, sound therapy and meditation; and impromptu lunches.
How do you support community service work by your employees? We support our employees in following their passions by getting involved in areas that have meaning to them.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? We always prefer to hire from within when the circumstance allows.
