CUMBERLAND – CB Richard Ellis/New England announced recently the sale of Cumberland Crossing, a 288-unit class A apartment complex in Cumberland, to 100 Crossing Drive Apartments Investors LLC.
The seller was Cumberland Crossing LLC, a joint venture managed by Hartford, Conn.-based Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers LLC and The Dolben Company, a privately held real estate firm in Burlington, Mass. The sale price was not disclosed.
