Hasbro donates $20,000 worth of toys to flood victims

PAWTUCKET, R.I. — Toymaker Hasbro Inc. said it donated some $20,000 worth of toys and games to Houston-area children who are victims of Tropical Storm Allison.

Hasbro said it shipped the 2,000 toys and games to Houston, where the United Parcel Service (UPS) volunteered vehicles and employees to distribute the items at Red Cross shelters and within stricken communities.
