Jill Barber has been named creative navigator at North Star Marketing and Promotion of Providence. She will assist in the marketing and public relations efforts, including writing, editing, and conceptualizing on all marketing projects for North Star and all of its clients. She will also determine what updates need to be made to both North Star’s Web site and its clients’ Web sites. Barber graduated from UMass Dartmouth’s writing/communications program with a bachelor of arts degree in English.
