The American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) donated $1,000 to Angel Planes, Inc. of Providence. Matthew St. Peter, a senior at Moses Brown High School and CEO of Angel Planes accepted the donation from Elaine Roberts, executive director of the Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC). Roberts presented the gift on behalf of the Northeast Chapter of AAAE that gives an annual humanitarian award to a worthwhile organization. Angel Planes, which describes itself as “kids helping kids,” was selected for the award based on the work that they do in providing seriously ill children and their families with free air transportation.
