Alan M. Gilstein has been named chairman of The Miriam Hospital’s Foundation board of trustees. He has been a member of the board for five years and a member of the hospital’s board of trustees serving as chairman from 2000-2004. Gilstein has served on the finance committee as well as on various subcommittees and ad hoc committees of the board for 26 years.
