Andrew Fotopulos has been named senior vice president at Starkweather & Shepley Insurance Brokerage Inc., in the newly established financial institutional practice. Fotopulos will provide specialized risk coverage for financial institutions. Previously, Fotopulos served as executive vice president at Theodore Liftman Insurance. He has a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts. •
