Andrew Meehan has been promoted to executive vice president of marketing at Paramount Cards, based in Pawtucket. He was also appointed to the company’s executive committee. Meehan is responsible for all aspects of product and program management, including sales and profit growth strategies. He previously held the title of interim vice president of marketing. Meehan has been with the company since 2001.
