Ann M. Ramos Desrosiers was promoted to vice president and treasurer at Citizens-Union Savings Bank in Fall River. She is responsible for asset/liability management and management of the bank’s investment portfolio and mortgage pipeline. She is a board member of the Bristol County Estate Planning Council and the Money Management Program Advisory Council. She also serves on the United Way of Fall River’s Executive Allocation Committee, and is involved with the St. Mary’s Education Fund. Desrosiers has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
