Anthony Rao has been named a senior mortgage loan officer at Citizens Bank. He will be responsible for originating a variety of mortgage programs, including conventional and government loans. Rao’s 18 years in the mortgage business include serving as a loan officer at BankBoston and seven years as owner and operator of Principal Mortgage Group. Rao is a member of the North Central Chamber of Commerce. •
