Ann M. Falcone has been named assistant vice president and branch manager at Washington Trust’s Charlestown branch on Old Post Road. She joined Washington Trust in 1982 as a customer service sales representative and administrative assistant. Falcone earned her associate’s degree in business administration from the Community College of Rhode Island and is working toward her bachelor’s degree at Providence College. She has a General Banking Diploma from the American Institute of Banking. She is a resident of Charlestown.
