Gauthier has been named vice president of commercial lending for Slade’s Ferry Bank in the Fall River region. His commercial lending responsibilities include business development and portfolio management. Prior to joining the bank, he was a senior account manager with Amresco, a regional loan officer with Fleet Bank and a senior vice president with Capital Bank in Boston. Gauthier, a resident of Somerset, Mass., holds a bachelor’s degree from Providence College.
