Bettina L. Carroll has been named a housing counselor for Pro-Home Inc. In addition to holding certificates in mediation and paralegal studies, Carroll has earned both a master’s in criminal justice and a master’s in public administration from Suffolk University. She will work for Pro-Home Inc. on a part-time basis to provide counseling services for the nonprofit’s clients. •
