Bill Applegate has been named director of marketing and public relations at Residential Properties Ltd. He is responsible for all marketing and public relations for the company and will work on projects for the residential, commercial and rental groups. He joins the company after more than 30 years of running marketing and sales departments for technology-based companies in Boston. He has a B.A. from Brown University. ̶ •
