Brenda J. Lopes has been appointed vice president/mortgage production manager at Citizens~ Union Savings Bank in Fall River. She has more than 30 years of banking experience and is responsible for mortgage lending, processing and underwriting. Lopes was previously regional vice president/lending manager at Compass Bank. She is a member of the advisory council for the Schwartz Center for Children in New Bedford. She lives in Dartmouth, Mass.
