Our charitable time off program. In addition to matching our employees’ charitable donations, we provide all employees the opportunity to devote one day per month to volunteer efforts.

What’s the best way you call out special efforts/achievement by employees?
We do so in various ways, from traditional awards and bonuses to team picnics or events, and even little things like buying lunch for the team.
