Budd Fisher was recently promoted to regional president, northeast markets for UnitedHealthcare, Inc. He will also maintain his current position of CEO and president of UnitedHealthcare of New England. Fisher is responsible for UnitedHealthcare’s northeast operations consisting of 11 health plans covering 4.5 million lives in 19 states. He previously served as executive vice president of the eastern region of the company.
