Andrew H. Davis
Andrew H. Davis has been named Internet and application development practice manager for UNICOM. His primary role will be to manage the company’s increasing Web technologies business. Davis plans to add twelve new Internet developers over the next year. He will also focus on identifying and managing relationships with key Internet Technology partners, such as Allaire and Cognos. Prior to joining UNICOM, Davis served as network analyst and a network manager at the California-based Kaleidoscope Software.
Ron Kuba has been hired by Ambient Sound, Inc., in Cranston, to develop new business opportunities within the corporate conference and special events market segment of the audio and visual communications technology service industry. Initially, his territory will include New England and New York. Previously Kuba was project manager at Mass AV in Providence, where he worked on projects such as the Millenium Ball, and Product launches for Microsoft Windows 2000 and Hasbro.

Anne Marie Kelley has been appointed chief operating officer of Lighthouse Computer Services, Inc. The Lincoln-based company is a provider of Enterprise Management solutions for Fortune 1000 companies. Kelley was previously the vice president of business development for the company.
Burleigh King
Burleigh King has joined Off the Shelf Solutions, Inc. as a technician. In this capacity he will repair and service computer systems. He will also be instrumental in computer networking for the company. A former resident of Tucson, Ariz., King studied computer networking at the Kenyon Campbell Business School. He has since served as a restaurant manager, and has worked at Talbot’s, where he dealt extensively with computers in their shipping departments. He has also worked independently for five years repairing and upgrading computers for both residents and businesses.
Sean Polay
Sean Polay has been named online production manager for projo.com, the Web site of the Providence Journal. He will be responsible for the overall supervision of production, programming and design for the site. He will coordinate the implementation of new products and services and will participate in strategy formulation for projo.com. Polay joined projo.com as online production coordinator in 1999. He had been managing editor of the daily online newspaper The Cape Cod Journal. He also worked as a reporter for The Cape Cod Times.
