Carl W. Taber has been appointed senior vice president – senior loan officer at Citizens-Union Savings Bank, located in Fall River. He is responsible for managing the entire lending division, including commercial, residential and consumer lending. He previously worked in the lending division of Compass Bank. Taber is a member of the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association, and is a board member for the St. Mary’s Education Fund. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Taber is also a graduate of the Massachusetts Bankers Supervisory School and the National Association of Savings Banks Graduate School. He lives in Mattapoisett, Mass.
