Carlos Dias has been named branch manager of BankFive. He will serve in the Flint Office located in Fall River. Dias has been with BankFive for more than 20 years, holding various positions in the retail banking and credit-administration departments. He has an A.S. in business from Bristol Community College and a B.A. in business administration from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. •
