Carol Welshman has been appointed to vice president/senior project manager
in product support management at Citizens Bank. She is a member of the
R.I. Chapter of the Project Management Institute and has recently achieved her
project management professional certification. Welshman volunteers her time
with the R.I. Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. She lives in Exeter.
