Carolyn J. Warner has been named vice president, senior auditor of Bank Rhode Island, in Providence. She was formerly finance operations manager for Bank of America in Providence. In her new role, Warner is responsible for performing internal audits in all areas of the bank, including finance, operations, compliance and management-information systems. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Niagara (N.Y.) University.
