Cesar Lubrano has been named vice president of finance and administration at American Printing.
He joins American Printing with extensive management experience in the printing industry. He was previously employed with Quebecor World, with over 10 years experience in finance and administration.
Lubrano will lead retail support services and implement the strategic plan of the company.
