Charles M. Sullivan III has been appointed vice president/portfolio manager in trust investments at Providence-based Citizens Bank. He joined the bank in May from Smith Barney in Providence, where he was vice president of investments. Sullivan has a bachelor’s degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Mass., and an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, Mass. He lives in Rumford.
