Christopher D. Fox was promoted to senior vice president/director of consumer portfolio management in consumer finance at Providence-based Citizens Bank. He is responsible for managing the quality of the delinquency and loss performance of the consumer loan portfolio. He was previously vice president of consumer counseling. Fox has a bachelor’s in finance from Arizona State University. He is a mentor for the R.I. Mentoring Program and a volunteer at the McAuley House in Providence.
