Christopher J. Sheehan has been designated vice president and market manger for The Washington Trust Company. He manages the bank’s main office in Franklin Street office in Westerly, as well as the Richmond and Block Island branches. Sheehan is also responsible for the development and expansion of customer relationships in his market area. He lives in Charlestown.
