CIBER awarded contract with CVS

Providence-based CIBER, Inc. today announced it has been selected by CVS/pharmacy to assist the pharmacy chain in its major initiative to reduce costs by sourcing computer programming resources through CIBER. CIBER was chosen to help CVS ensure a high level of quality, consistency and value through information technology (IT) development resources.

“CIBER has the information technology expertise to help us reduce external programming costs and deliver technology solutions in a timely and predictable manner. Our partnership with CIBER will assist us in our efforts to deliver better service to our customers,” said John Rinkacs, director of information systems administration for CVS.
