Providence Mayor David N. Cicilline will deliver his third annual State of the City address and provide his vision for the year ahead on Thursday, Feb. 9 at 7 p.m. at the Rhode Island Convention Center, fifth floor rotunda.
In the address, Cicilline is expected to talk about the opportunities and challenges in the city’s economic development initiatives and provide an update on the city’s progress in easing the affordable housing crunch.
