Colleen McCarthy has been promoted to senior vice president of programs and professional services at Sargent Rehabilitation Center.
She will direct, develop and market programs and professional services.
McCarthly was previously the director of the neuron-rehabilitation center.
She joined Sargent as a social worker in 1980, and has become an authority in the state in brain injury and stroke program development.
