Daniel P. McConaghy has been promoted to district manager of Gilbane Building Company’s Needham, Massachusetts office. McConaghy had been a project executive since 2000. In his new role, McConaghy oversees more than 100 employees and nearly $1 billion worth of construction projects in Massachusetts. McConaghy received a master’s degree in business administration from Babson College and is a resident of Barrington.
