Cynthia Waterman has been hired as staff accountant for Casten Victor & Company LLP. She is responsible for servicing small business clients and individual tax planning and compliance. Waterman serves as treasurer of the board of directors for the Galilee Mission to Fisherman, as an advisory board member of the Island Moving Company as treasurer of the Jamestown PTO and as treasurer of the Conanicut Ladies Investment Club. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Haven and her master’s degree from Salve Regina University. Waterman lives in Jamestown.
