Dalia V. Bubnys has been appointed vice president/IT audit manager in the audit department at Citizens Bank. She joined the bank in 1977, most recently holding the position of supervisor in IT audit. She is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association of Boston, and is assistant treasurer of the Boston Lithuanian School. Bubnys received a bachelor’s degree from Vilnius University in Lithuania and a master’s degree from Suffolk University in Boston. She lives in Cumberland.
