David Ferreira has been named vice president, small-business relationship manager at TD Bank. He has 17 years of banking experience, and most recently served as a business banking officer for Citizens Bank. Ferreira will now oversee small-business lending and business development for four TD Bank stores in Rhode Island. He holds a bachelor’s in finance and management from the University of Rhode Island. •
