David Mairs

David Mairs has been promoted to vice president/senior purchasing manager in strategic sourcing at Citizens Bank. He most recently was an assistant vice president in the same position. He joined the bank in 2004 as assistant vice president/relationship manager in strategic sourcing. In his new role, Mairs is responsible for developing and implementing technology-sourcing strategies. He has a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University.
