David T. Pannone has been named a mortgage lending officer for the Washington Trust Co. He will be responsible for originating mortgage loans and working with real estate, building and financial professionals in Rhode Island. Pannone has more than 15 years of lending experience, working most recently as a mortgage processor at Citizens Bank. He is a graduate of Northeastern University. •
