Dean L. Kenney has been named vice president and controller at BankFive in Fall River. Previously, Kenney served as senior vice president, treasurer and CFO at ChartBank. He also served as treasurer of Creative Strategic Solutions Inc., an ATM-servicing subsidiary of ChartBank. Kenney has a B.A. from Cape Cod Community College and is a graduate of Williams School of Banking. •
