Debra Carreiro has been named vice president and branch manager of Fleet’s Diamond Hill Branch in Woonsocket where she is responsible for retail banking, business development and operations of the branch. She had worked as banking officer. Carreiro is a member of the Woonsocket High School Finance Academy and the Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce. She holds an associate’s degree from Bristol Community College. Carreiro lives in Pawtucket.
