Dennis H. Gorder has been promoted to vice president/ underwriting manager for business lending services at Citizens Bank. He previously held the title of assistant vice president in the same department. Gorder joined the bank in 1998 from Everett, Mass.-based Eagle Bank. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine at Machias. He lives in Providence.
