Diane L. Fasching has been promoted to vice president of enterprise learning and development at Gilbane Building Company where she will oversee the company’s program that helps employees enhance their skills, gain knowledge, expand their careers and satisfy clients. She has over 30 years experience in helping companies train and expand the knowledge of their employees. Fasching helped found Gilbane University. She is also a founding member of Seniors Helping Others and Hospice Care of South County. Fasching earned a bachelor’s degree from Emmanuel College and her master’s degree from the University of Rhode Island. She and her husband live in Narragansett.
