Donald C. McQueen, executive vice president and chief credit and administrative officer of Bank Rhode Island, has been appointed to the board of trustees of Roger Williams Medical Center. McQueen was an incorporator of Bank Rhode Island and is a member of its executive management team. A graduate of Dartmouth College, McQueen received a MBA from Boston University. He lives in Barrington with his family.
