Donna L. Searles has been named a claims specialist in the claim strategies division at Starkweather & Shepley Insurance Brokerage Inc. In her new role, Searles will be responsible for medical cost containment and bill review, payment processing and disability claims for the municipal police and fire departments. She previously spent much of her career as a member of the Providence Police Department. •
