Donna M. Giblin was recently appointed bank manager of BankNewport’s Tiverton office. She is responsible for the bank’s branch operations, business development and staff development. Giblin began with the bank in 1992, most recently serving as branch operations manager for the bank’s Middletown office. She holds a Rhode Island Insurance Producers license. Giblin is a member of the Fall River Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of the New England College of Finance in Boston. Giblin and her husband live in Portsmouth.
