Doug Gablinske, president of East Bay Appraisal Ltd. in Bristol and Northern RI Appraisal Ltd. in Johnston, has opened a new office in East Greenwich, the centralization of all its support services at an administrations/operations center in Bristol, and the creation of a combined operating unit to be known as AppraiseRI. The company now services all five counties in Rhode Island, as well as nearby Massachusetts. By keeping local staff on-site, the firm feels it can stay better tuned to local market conditions.
