E. Ramone Segree has been named vice president for university advancement at Roger Williams University, located in Bristol. He manages the university’s departments of development, alumni relations, and public affairs. Segree has over 32 years of experience in the nonprofit, private, education and government sectors. He previously operated a consulting firm, Segree Associates, in Miami, Fla. He holds a bachelor’s degree from California University of Pennsylvania and his master’s degree from Pennsylvania State University.
