Ed Garcia has been named market manager of the American Diabetes Association in Providence. He was formerly marketing manager at Equity Concepts in Cranston. In his new role, Garcia oversees the organization’s fundraising efforts in Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts. He will manage three yearly America’s Walk for Diabetes events in Providence, Newport and New Bedford.
