The Community College of Rhode Island Foundation has named Newport Hospital 2001 Employer of the Year. The award is given to an institution that offers financial or in-kind support, internships, employment and advisory support to the college. Newport Hospital is a satellite campus for CCRI’s nursing, physical and occupational therapy assistant and therapeutic massage programs. The hospital has hosted CCRI courses since 1987.
