Edward O. “Ned” Handy has been elected to The Rhode Island Foundation’s board of directors. Handy has been president of Citizens Bank, Rhode Island since 2009 and became president of Citizens Bank, Connecticut in 2010. He also serves on the boards of Crossroads Rhode Island, Delta Dental of Rhode Island, The Providence Foundation and the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce. •
