Edward Ryan has been appointed vice president/manager of corporate recruiting in human resources at Providence-based Citizens Bank. He joined the bank in March from JPMorgan Chase in Dallas, where he was a staffing manager. Ryan has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from LaSalle University in Philadelphia and earned an MBA from Boston College. He lives in Providence.
