Elaine T. deCiutiis has been promoted to branch manager of The Washington Trust Co.’s Providence branch on Washington Street. She joined the bank in 2004 and most recently served as senior customer service representative for the Warwick branch. In her new role, deCiutiis is responsible for daily operations of the branch as well as growth and development of the branch’s deposit base and loan portfolio.
